LittleAngels Pet Nutrition

I approached Verusha of LittleAngels Pet Nutrition in the latter part of December 2023 to devise an eating plan for my dog. It took many calls and promises of eating plan delivery, with a lot of talk about her personal problems, which shall not be divulged. Commitments made, followed by excuses and yet more personal problem discussion… Eventually I received a meal plan where she had ESTIMATED the age of my dog - at 5 years old - as she did not have this information on hand. My dog is 12 years old…. When I pointed this out to her, she said it was no big deal and that she would “tweak” it. By 10 Jan 2024 I had still heard nothing back from her. I then advised her that her plan was of no use to me and to provide me with a refund for the incorrect plan, to which she refused. So I paid somewhere in the region of R800.00 / R1000.00 for a useless recipe, for a 5 year old dog… - not actually even a meal plan. Ludicrous. I also paid R650.00 for an on-line consultation which I never went ahead with. Although she claims to have refunded me the R650.00, she did not responded to my request for the POP. I see she has now hidden her Facebook reviews, as to my surprise there were some extremely scathing reviews, and of course she certainly did not want my experience out there for all to see… Pity I only saw the reviews after payment, but hopefully this will help others when making decisions. All in all a very unpleasant experience and certainly not up to professional standards.
