The owner used the lame excuse of loadshedding and bad weather that interfered with the production. By 10weeks after placing my order; the owner said that he will deliver the next week; which he did; but there were bolts and things missing and he didn't even make an excuse or help to assemble. The only way to contact the owner is by e-mail. No answer on his phone number. I am glad to say I have my cot;but I won't refer anyone to this business as the service was shocking and the job rushed. Not a happy customer!!!"""
