Terrible quality furniture, customer service

I ordered a service table and chair set. It arrived (after the promised delivery date). The wood was rough and had numerous areas of sharp splinters. The paint work was dreadful - the stripes were messy and uneven. The *****s of the legs pushed through the wood and stuck out the other side. The top of the table was uneven and the planks are not level and the legs are skew, which means the table wobbles. All together a disaster. I cannot allow my toddler to use this furniture - it is unsafe, I have sent numerous emails and photos to the owner of the company who does not seem at all concerned and has not responded to my emails. I have tried to arrange a courier to fetch the table and return the item to CT (as I live in JHB), but this is not easy. He is now ignoring all my emails and phone calls. Please do not use this company - there are many manufacturers of children's furniture out there who actually care about quality and customer satisfaction and child safety.
