Very unprofessional Au Pair Agency

I've worked with little sunshines before and had a not so great experience before while they advertised my position while I was pregnant and I wasnt planning on resigning.

Now fast forward to today I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had an interview, arrived a bit early as I always like to be on time. Kim's domestic opened up for me telling me she's not there today, puzzled I rechecked my email and no emails. So I phoned Kim, firstly she was so rude answering the phone (not the first time), said she sent emails (which is not true) and totally unprofessional and unpleasant.

I drove not only for 45min but so had to get someone to care for my son as I'm with him full time.

I definitely will never do business with them again as they showed me yet again how unprofessional they are to potential Au Pairs.
