Kim Gnodde took the time to really understand my needs and she sent me cvs of au pairs that met my needs. I felt like she really cared about my family and the type of au pair we were looking for. When I phoned for references on the candidates, I found that Kim had done a very thorough job when she called the families previously for references. The one family commented how impressed they were with the types of questions she asked when she called them for a reference check and that they had decided to use the agency because of the reference check she had done. I highly recommend this agency.
