LITTLE SUNSHINES HELPED MY FAMILY SO MUCH - GREAT JOB!

Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency deserves a review! What a GREAT JOB they did of finding us an au pair both times. I feel this story needs to be shared because there are so few agencies that do what this company does which is why we have had such a good experience with them and why I am taking time to write this review. If you need an agency Little Sunshines is my recommendation.

The first interaction was when the agency contacted us for a reference check of a previous au pair who we had which wasn't through them. I was really impressed with the questions I was asked and it was clear that the agency is very thorough when doing checks. During the call I told the lady who phoned that I was in need of an au pair and she helped me at which point I was even more impressed because of the questions she asked me to see what I needed. Also thorough and she had some good advice to give me.

The process was efficient and their candidates are really of a high standard. I was once again impressed after meeting their candidates. My husband and I settled on our Elize who was with us for just over a year and when she resigned my heart sank because I knew we were saying goodbye to someone who proved to be perfect for us. I was convinced I wouldn't be so lucky again.

I picked up the phone and called Little Sunshines hoping they would find us another Elize. The second interaction with the company proved once again just how serious they are about helping families find the right candidates. The CVs and references we received were great and I had hope that we would be okay.

After interviewing we decided on Anche who is just like our Elize.

The service both times was impressive. They care about finding the right person for a family. I think what makes this au pair agency different is that they really listen and pay attention to what a family needs and they send candidates based on the details and background discussed.
