Horrible, Pathetic, No Respect, NO help what soever!
<p>This might be the worst agency I have ever register with! They are absuloutley rude over the phone with you and have no worry about the canidate. I have paid regitration fee and everything back in 2014 and they have not helped me ONCE with a position and everytime I send them an email they don't repond to you, when I phone them, they are so rude to you over the phone and won't help you or promising they will send your CV out and then I NEVER hear from them. They only care about themselves and making money, they don't care that people are actaully without jobs. I don't reccomend them AT ALL! Stay away if you were thinking of using them as an agency. </p>

As explained to you in detail at the interview and after, it is up to the family who they choose to meet. We send your CV out to families and we contact you when they ask to meet you.

We were simply telling you that it is not in our control who families choose to meet with and that we cannot force families to meet with you. You did not want to accept that. There is no excuse for you firstly take my money for your stupid application fees, secondly waist my time and efforts coming all the way from Centurion to your home office in JHB to experience a really bad interview and thirdly not reply to emails and calls. You’ve could at least have done more effort from your side to submit my CV to other families and at least reply saying sorry the family was not interested which you did not do. Was I supposed to sit around for 4 years for you?

Your service and level of professionalism is just so bad it’s something to write about in the newspaper. Agency’s are there to help people with a service and I can tell you there is none. I’m reading other bad reviews and all have the same to say about you, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! There is even one that states one of your head staff (KIM) having an love triangle with the family you’ve placed an Au Pair with and denying it. This is disgusting ! This should be a wake up call to you for how bad you’re treating people.
