Worst pony hire company

<p>On the 6th of February I contacted this pony hire company based in pinetown to hire ponies for my nephews 1st birthday party on the 11th March (well in advance). The man I dealt with was Moses Pillay. I was given pricing and told ponies are available for that day and confirmed times etc. I was told I didn't need to pay a deposit either as they do not take deposits but require full payment on the day of the event which I had no problem with. I was told my booking has been placed and promised they would be there. A few days before the party I sent a message reminding them about my booking and making sure everything was still in order. I received a message back from Moses telling me they have "huge problems" and he will get back to me as soon as he can...today is the 13th of March two days AFTER the party and I am still waiting! They have a Facebook page as well and I have given them a negative rating on the page and posted exactly the kind of service I received from them. Subsequently they have removed all ratings from the page thereby hiding these doings from the public...I will truly never recommend their services to anyone trying to brighten up kids special days as all they leave you with are tears & frustration!</p>
