Very upset uif claim

I paid this company money to submit my uif with promises it takes 5 to 8 weeks for pay out I to date baby is 4 months old haven't received anything I don't get any communication from the company if I ask for feedback I only get is we are within turnaround period after phoning uif they stated they need documentation which she didn't communicate with me I'm very upset still no response
