Horrible treatment and experience at the Little Pilgrims Botique Hotel.

We made a booking for a 3 nights stay at the Little Pilgrims Botique Hotel in Hazyview. The experience was horrible, the rooms are old and untidy, they look nothing like what’s portrayed on the internet. The place is noisy, with groups of people singing at night. When we complained of the noise, the General Manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We had to check out the same night and sought for alternative accommodation.
