Horrible service from a dress maker!!!

Meldeva is owned by a woman named Madri Burger, I've been traveling to her 2 weekends that she made appointments and **** about it, never showed up. Just to find out that she does not even have the material, and I drove all the way there for nothing wasted R5000 on traveling, my wedding is a month away and I don't have a dress because of her. She lies so so so much i dont know what to believe anymore. Now she's refusing to pay back my money that she took, because she is waiting for the suppliers to pay her back so that she can pay me back, in the meantime I just have to go without a dress and hope she gets the money before the wedding. Not at all satisfied and I know of more people that used her and she failed them by only giving the lady her dress the night before the wedding.
