Sterling after service

I had a problem with my water purifier. The small gasket in the cap of the water tank got worn out. So I enquired from Little Luxury in Johannesburg if I can order these gasket's from them, as we do not have an outlet in Cape Town. I place an order for two gaskets and received an email a few days later from the company, stating that the director of the company said they will send me two gaskets free of charge. I just want to praise them for a sterling after service effort in keeping their customers happy.

I therefore would recommend anybody to support Little Luxury and get the most satisfying service ever experienced in SA.
