Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company for baby linen. I paid R950 plus postage in good faith that I was getting good quality linen for our baby boys room. Yesterday we washed it (on cold cycle)for the first time so that I could get the room ready for his arrival when taking it out the machine we saw the navy from parts of the linen ran into everything else! I tried my best to get it out but it has not come out . When I contacted her to let her know she just fobbed me off, said she tested the navy and it only runs a little bit and said they would not replace as I had mistreated the fabric (there were no care instructions with the linen). I am so sad as I really wanted everything to be perfect for our babies arrival and I have to look somewhere else to buy a whole new set. Please see pictures in comments.
