incompetend and durty, not like on the photos of the website

The place is full of cats and dogs, you can even enjoy a parrot and also some dogs in the diningroom. The rooms smelled like an annimalfarm. When we arrived there was a cat on the bed, the owner said we left open the window but we just arrived, so bull****. what if you can't open the windows when you stay at a place! The swemmingpool was not finished and ditn't look like on the photo at the website. My girlfriend is allergic for cats, if they had mention that they love cats and dogs on their website, we wouldn't book there. we had to pay in advance and there was no refund, even the man of the house was getting very angry when we asked for any compensation, Such a bad experience never again.
