This "small business" advertises kids beds so I place my order pay deposit of 2040 and then it's a waiting game. If u don't communicate with them then u get no communication 10 days before my son's birthday (this was supposed to b his gift) I emal as I always had to, to find out about the status of my order n get told all is in order to b delivered 12 July then on the 8th I email again to give my delivery address then I get told 1 big sob story of how her supplier is not delivering as promised and that she (the owner or this small business) cld partially give my deposit back out of her own pocket until he (her supplier) gives her the money back but every time I ask wen I'm getting my money back she does not respond to my emails til this morning I get an email with attorneys names and a case number

Wen my husband tried to call the attorney the phone is off and Carin also doesn't answer her phone.

As far as I'm concerned us customers shld get our money back from her as we ordered thru her and paid her it's not our problem she chose ****ty suppliers due to not doing her homework properly
