As per my previous review this is the update. After 3 months and 3 days I have not received the bed I ordered nor have I received my full refund. On 16 July I was refended 500 which in my opinion it was just to try keep me quiet cos after getting the money this person asked me to remove my hello peter review and my facebook post. Her terms and conditions state the following "our aim is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, thus make sure that the Colours and themes are correct when ordering. We will not exchange or refund any product that has been ordered and manufactured according to your specifications. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods by any 3rd party delivery services (couriers or South African post office), although we will ensure that the most effective and reliable delivery method is chosen. We estimate delivery 6-8 weeks from receiving payment on the purchase, however refunds will only be given if the product is not received within 10 weeks due to delivery delays that might occur resulting from strikes or stock shortages. Please note there might be a slight colour difference due to the light and screen on all items. By making payment you agree that you accept the terms and conditions of little lads and ladies" so wen I emailed to remind her that my refund was due she said it wld be paid between 20 n 30 Aug, today I emailed and messaged and Iv just been avoided by this woman. Blocked us clients that she owes money to on Facebook, so we have no contact. NO REFUND, now if this is not a ******* (she claims she's not, and accuses me of slander) then what is it. Be careful people, always do ur homework especially on small businesses, hello peter them, Google review them, do as much as u can before u are ****** of ur hard earned money, and like in my case cldnt give my child his birthday gift. Sick, twisted people out there I tell you.
