Order delivered after inquiry

I placed an order and got worried after 3 weeks not having received any feedback or progress notification. I attempted to phone the contact numbers on their Facebook page but neither was answered. I sent an email that bounced. I started feeling concerned that I have been a victim of a ****. I sent a Facebook message and luckily got feedback. My order was delivered a few days after that. The goods are good quality and reasonably priced. Service and feedback was not too great.
