Beware!!!!

It has now been half a year since I paid a large deposit for a dollhouse for my little girl's second birthday. When you visit the facebook site you are met with the most delightful baby goods and "happy" clients thus, portraying a trustworthy image. There was even a photo album displaying a wonderful array of wooden baby beds ect. (This album disappeared overnight and suspision arised). I contacted the owner, enquiring why these items were no longer on the facebook page and if all was in order. This is when it all started falling apart. Blame being shifted to the supplier, we were even told to contact him directly for answers even though our money was paid into the business account for Little Lads and Ladies. I have not received any goods or one cent of my money back. The owner is quick to threaten with legal action if you dare accuse her of being a *********** but no effort has been made to refund us. Our order was placed in April and we were promised delivery and setup by July. Since then the excuses have piled up. Initially a ***** supplier caused installation delays. Panic set in and we were given the choice to wait it out or receive or deposit back, we opted for the latter. Needless to say we are constantly met with empty promises and excuses. Beware!!! Learn from our mistake.
