EXCEPTIONALLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I ordered 6 bridal Hangers from Little Lace on the 4th June 2022 and received them on the 8th June. However, they were packaged poorly for delivery ****erally just wrapped in one layer of plastic) which resulted in 2 of the hangers being broken and another one cracked. They were also generally poorly made. I have tried several times to email and call Little Lace to replace the hangers and received NO RESPONSE! I have eventually asked for a refund, as I do not want any connection with this organisation, and again, NO RESPONSE! I would avoid this organisation all costs as it seems as if they are just wanting your money and then ditch any responsibility!
