Cake Disaster

I phoned Brian from Little Jumbo Ice Cream, to place an order for an ice cream cake for my childs FIRST BIRTHDAY. Before that there were emails send to him regarding the cake. I did email the picture of the cake to him and I told him i want the same cake with the same colors on it with my child's name. My mother went and fetched the cake for me on 14.08.2015 with said receiving bad service. Oh my word! What a disaster!!!! It was nothing like the picture i supp**** to him. Even the colors where wrong. I was so disgusted! After receiving the cake i tried to phone him, he did not answer. After about 30 calls he decided to answer his phone! Told me to bring back the cake for a full refund. My child's FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY was on 15.08.2015, thou i did not have the time to take back the cake on Saterday, i just left it. Because of you my child did not have a birthday cake! I am so upset for it is my first and only child. I will never recommend you to anyone, nor use you again! I even took pictures...
