The WORST Birthday Celebration thanks to the poor quality of Little Italy Restaurant in Glenanda

We went there for a family members 50th Birthday Thinking it would be a nice evening.. Going to Little Italy ruined the WHOLE evening and whole birthday celebration...

We ordered sangria and got told "sorry we don't have wine glasses" after the waiter put the jug in front of us ..the sangria tasted like water... but then that was resolved once we told the manager..

It took about 20 minutes for the staff to find some wine glasses.. We then finally got them... Ordered our meals ...about 15 minutes after our waiter came to us and told us that there wasn't any lasagna!....(how if it is on the menu?!?) ...we then left it and decided to order something else ...

We then asked for another pasta ... And so we waited ....... We waited more then 1:30 MINUTES for our food ... It still did not arrive ... We then asked the manager what was happening and why it was taking so long...We got told that "we are under pressure so we sorting it out" ...We couldn't understand this because the restuarant was empty and only had about 4 tables at the time... We then decided to just pay for our drinks and go home! What a TERRIBLE way to spend a loved ones BIRTHDAY .... We Didn't even have a meal because it took that long!!!!...a joke right!?!... We landed up getting Steers because everyone was so hungry and couldn't go to another restaurant because the kitchens were already all closed!

Little Italy has the most terrible service ever! And its definitely not the first time I've complained..been there before and really the service is terrible.. everything takes so long but nothing makes sense because the times that I've been there the restuarant has been empty!
