Poor boss and leadership skills

For anyone looking for a job, do not consider working for little hearts crèche. The work load that they give you is ridiculous and they pay you close to nothing. They do not speak to teachers in a professional manner and they expect you to work without any break. Even your lunch break you have to do admin work, which is more than one person can handle. Teachers come and go because of such a hostile working environment.
