Poor service
Around April 2025, a Little Green Beverage Company driver caused an accident that damaged my father’s van, which he relies on for income. We were told a payout would be made within 30 days, but it is now January 2026 and nothing has been paid. We were referred to as lady from SIMAH, she kindly attempted to assist us but she also had no luck. We were advised to follow up with AIG Insurance and were given a reference number, yet there has been no communication or resolution from either the company or the insurer. Due to this delay, my father has lost months of income. Very disappointing service and lack of accountability.
