unwanted chemicals

<p>ZID-Tell communications keep on sending unwanted chemicals instead of ink cartridges I keep on telling them not to phone or send but every few weeks we receive a delivery which we refuse to accept and send it back. The chemicals cost over R2000 a total *******. I need help in getting this company off my back. They are bullying me and threatening me with *****. I would appreciate any help .
