Little giggles poor service!

I’ve been buying and reselling goods from Little giggles since January 2019. Her service has been absolutely poor in regard to delivery of items. Every order had items missing which in turn had my clients waiting longer than 2-3 weeks for their stuff. Payment for all orders had been made as soon as I gave the order, however for the past month I haven’t recieved goods for 3/4 of my orders- I have clients waiting since May for goods and they have paid in full for all items. Little giggles said that she cudnt get some items so she would refund me however it is over a month and I’m still waiting for my refund and stock! She ignores my messages and calls as she knows what she is doing is wrong!
