Shame on you, Little Gifts of Life!

I ordered and pay for a little gifts of life doll in January. Lititia mailed back and said that they are a little behind with their orders, but she will let me know once they have started with my little girls Molly. 9 Weeks had passed no reply, I mailed again, no joy. Yesterday was my last attempt, phoned the landline, cell phone no answer. What must I say, my little one used her savings to pay for the doll, but unfortunately there is no doll!
