Paid no delivery

Hi<br> <br> I have being doing business with Little gifts of life from 2013 and they have just being delivering on time, but when I ordered a baby Sophie now this year January 2015, I have paid them already and still not yet recieved my baby Sophie, this is not fair to us who have already paid up, if the company was liquidated, than pay everyone's money back to them or start delivering our babies that was ordered and paid for. R
