I order a real life doll at the end of January. I paid R2300 upfront as per their policy. After numerous mails and telephone calls. Lititia promised the doll would be delivered at the end of March. I am still waiting. I eventually purchased another doll for my daughter. I emailed and told them to refund my money. No response, no money. This company supplies dolls to Toy zone and Polly Potters, I wonder if they aware that they running a ****??? I will be taking legal action. Disgusting!
