Disgusted!!!

My 11 year old daughter has been waiting since February for her doll after we were told to deposit the money into the daughter's boyfriend's account (J Nel). No one has to date contacted us or answered any of our calls or emails!!! My daughter is so upset. I understand Rina Mullers situation. But come on people do you want to tell me that not one of her family members could have rep**** to the clients emails!!!! Lititia was quick to help with the order, but now she is useless!!! Go figure!
