absolutely shocking

We ordered a doll in Jan 2015, paid in Jan 2015, and were told to wait 4-6 weeks for doll to be made and 4-7 days for posting with Postnet. Every week I phone and get told that it is in the mail. Tuesday 7 April 2 weeks ago they told me it's in the mail for sure. Its now 21st April and still nothing. I demanded a tracking number, got one about 3 days later, phoned Postnet, and they can't track it either. I'm absolutely disgusted with this place. They have not only broken my daughters heart, but a lot of other people out there too! Take my advice, don't purchase a doll from them, they are *****s.
