PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE SERVICES AT LITTLE GIANTS LEARNING ACADEMY 4 VAALCROFT PLACE PHOENIX

For the last 2 weeks my son has been complaining that he doesn't want to go to school because the mam's hitting him, we asked him when they were hitting him and he said his hand.i called the principal by the name of Reshma Gupta who mentioned that he is a well behaved child and there is nothing different about Jordan at school and there would be no need for any of the helpers to hit Jordan at all. After a week and a half the complain from my son did not subside so I decided to visit the school one morning where the principal was not in and the helper asked me what I needed help with and I mentioned the same thing again to her and requested I see the principal urgently for some clarification regarding my son. By that afternoon the principal messages me and asked me why I am speaking to the helpers about an issue I have with my son and I related that I did not speak to all of them, just the lady that came to fetch my son. She mentioned that I told the helper that I was looking for another facility for the baby and that I am more than welcome to remove him and she won't force me to keep him there and went on to saying if she should pack his stuff and get it ready. Along with the unprofessional behavior, we told her that before we remove him we want to view camera footage so that we have a clear mind that he was happy and was a normal child at the facility. She asked us to go to the police station and open up a case to view cameras. Upon us hearing this we was even more upset and decided to approach her the next day. When we got there she was telling us every other story about other children, how long they there...how long the teachers are there and how they look after they kids. When we told her we want to view the cameras to have peace of mind then we was told that they had a burglary in the holidays and the cables were ****** but the camera was still there in place LOL. And after some time after talking she said the birds chewed on the cable and so it's not working anymore. So we left and told her we would let her know of our decision. After a day she messaged and we told her we would not be placing baby back there, we asked to gather what was his and his dad would pick it up. The next day she messaged and accused my husband of phoning other parents and bad mouthing her when that did not happen and she went on to stating that she is going to go to my place of work and show them messages regarding the issue. Which is the worse thing any one can do since this is personal regarding her facility and my child being abused, and she wants to get my employee involved. We knew then and there that she indeed abused the child and there was no doubt that when we asked for camera footage she pulled out the cables so the cameras don't work.
