****py school, not professional at all. Policies in play when it suits them only. Kept my child behind without informing me 1st. Appointed a teacher without informing parents beforehand. No communication. We informed them kid was going a new school a month before leaving, they state it had to be 30 days written but failed to inform us at the time we verbally enquired about it....just informed us casually no problem but have it in writing aswell. We assumed things are sorted and just needed to give it in writing..... then towards the end of the month they sent us a msg that they'd been informed our child is leaving and that a 30 day written notice was needed .... this after we already enquired at the start of the month, and was not made aware that the 30 days needed to be strictly in writing as start of the 30 day period. yet at the same time they acknowledge that final payment is due for 30 day written notice... yet no written notice had been given only verbally... meaning that they do accept the "hearing" of our notice yet wont accept the verbal notice given in the beginning of the month..... what's the difference.... all fair and well about school policies why is there a double standard.... things like this had happened before hence the reason for moving our child... policies only come into play when we enquire about and incident.
