Refuse to take my child AFTER I paid because she didn't like that I called her out for not communicating with me

Let me tell you a story 😊

Eleanor's creche closes in December and both Lloyd and I cannot take leave at the moment. So in a desperate attempt to get my kiddo somewhere safe I contact a school that is suggested by many moms in Umhlanga.

I phone this school, Little Einsteins, and query their holiday club. I get told that it depends on how many requests they get for Eleanor's age group.

I send a WhatsApp as requested and I get told "I will let you know by the end of the week" A MONTH LATER I send her a little reminder on WhatsApp. THE FOLLOWING DAY I get told "good morning, I will send the information shortly" THE FOLLOWING DAY I send her a gentle reminder.

I heard absolutely NOTHING BACK!

I end up sending an email to what I think is a different branch of Little Einsteins. I then get contacted by the accounts department and get given all the information.

This morning I send through the signed forms as well as full payment.

Julia then gives me a little call to tell me very nicely that she will be sending my money back because I said on Facebook after asking for the 3rd time "please don't suggest Little Einsteins, I have tried to contact them numerous times and received no response"

So this is how they redeem themselves? Instead of taking the opportunity to knock my socks off they rather choose to exile my 17 month old?
