Little dreams nursery furniture is a joke

The quality of the products is terrible.

I purchased a cot and compactum from Little Dreams and I am extremely disappointed with what I received. The drawer runners on the compactum are of very poor quality and can barely support the drawers. The unit itself is also built skew, which makes the drawers even more difficult to use.

The wood used for the cot is of very poor quality, with visible stains and very rough finishing. There are drill holes that were not properly covered and areas that were not even painted properly. Overall, the craftsmanship and attention to detail are extremely poor.

On top of this, the after sales service has been just as disappointing. Phone calls go unanswered, and when trying to get assistance via WhatsApp it takes hours to receive any response. Even then, you are often sent from one person to another without any clear answers or resolution.

I am very frustrated with this entire experience and would not recommend purchasing from them. Parents spend a lot of money preparing for their babies, and the quality and service I received from Little Dreams was far below what anyone should expect.
