LITTLE CREATIONS :(

What a disaster! I ordered a doll on 15 November 2019 as a Christmas gift. I was informed delivery takes 10-15 days. I eventually asked for a refund as my order was not received but she refused. My bank said they could only refund me with her permission. It eventually arrived January 2020, what a disappointment, too late for Christmas. To-date I have not received the rest of the order, bed and bag, nor have I received the free mini reborn doll promised as a result of the long wait.

I have been mostly ignored, promises were made and I have been left hanging. To top it all, the doll received is not as good as the picture, possibly airbrushed.

I would not recommend it at all , not happy with it at all. A very unpleasant experience. :(
