Little Church and Tea Garden on the N3 Durban/Johannesburg route

I once again visited the Little Church and Tea Garden at van Reenen's Pass (halfway between Durban and Johannesburg on the N3). I have been there previously and well, once again have not been disappointed. It is a delightful stop, pleasant and great home made food/refreshments and service. The owners and management move amongst the patrons and chat as well as even empty tables and take the orders. It is not a one stop and does not have a fuel station attached and therefore is a lovely quiet, serene environment with great views and garden environment to enjoy a break on your journey. The attached little church is a tourist attraction and the smallest (seats eight) known little church in the southern hemisphere built by a father in remembrance for his son that died in a rescue at Burnside mine in the early 1900's.
