The landlord of the complexes known as Pilgrim Mews and Little Chelsea is an aggressive man who can't take no for an answer. Earlier today, he sent his gardener to my house as I was leaving, wanting the keys to my flat to do maintenance. I told him that I would sort out the problem myself, as the building maintenance done by the landlord is of a shocking quality. The landlord then attacked me later in the day over the phone, telling me that only he may do maintenance to the building, when I said I didn't want him in the house without permission, he told me to pack my things and go. He refused to give me a lease, the building is wired by the gardener, and 3 flats share an electrical supply, resulting in frequent blackouts.
