Poor service and handling a 1 day special

Poor handling of a 1 day bandy coke and ice pack . Got there before 10: 00am claimed sold out by 9:00 by waitress: said people queing from 7:00am. When phoning manager : told all those waiting given a cup of coffee. Later he said only had 100 bottles limited to 3 per customer means 33 customers could be served. I feel for the poor waitress that must deal with irrate and frustrated customers till 17:00 this afternoon.
