Still waiting
I boughr two play mats from them and had to pay asap to qualify for the special. That was the start of Oct 2021. I am still waiting for my product. She keeps on making promises and then ignores me when I ask questions. Really poor service.

11 Feb 2022, 12:582 weeks ago this lady told me that I would get my products by Tuesday. It is two weeks later. I have been trying to call but she changed her number and closed her business. What steps can I take against her? Can I report her to the Bank or anything else? I spent R1600 on her. And didnt receive anything. How is it okay to do this? What is wrong with people these days?
