No service but refuses refund

Do NOT EVER pre book & pay anything at Little Belgium.

Last week my husband booked and paid us a table for the Valentines Dinner. We arrived at 19H00, at almost 40 minutes into the evening we stood up and left due to no service, the first time a waiter approched us was at 19h30. A couple that was sitting at the table next to us got there after us l, but they were helped before us. We spoke to Neesha Kasi welcomed us and said that we want a refund as this is unaceptable. She informed us that se is only the host for the evening and is unable to give as a refund at that time, she gave us the number for the manager (Monica) my husband phoned when we were still there to inform her that we are leaving and we want a refund, she said that they will refund. Till today we still did not receive a refund, and the owner Ryan refuses to give a refund.

Where in your life do you pay for something you did not receive. I am taking this further!
