Sweet deception!

The Company slogan rings "Sweet deception" Well this rings absolutely true. They had indeed deceive me!

The x2 bottles stated the content weighed 500g respectively. The honey Including the bottle weighed 483g The actual honey weighed 411g

I reached out to inform them via email. They rep**** and offered to replace it with the x2 500g I had paid for. But then... They said I should exchange it at the store. What gautantee do I have that it won't have the exact same error in weight again? I did provide them with actual photos taken weighing these on a digital scale, bottles still visibly sealed and provided the batch nr 4408 They then said again the would send a courier with the replacement bottles. I've not heard from them since 6 May 2020

By now the honey has been used up with lockdown shopping restrictions. I kept one of the empty bottles. My Initial complaint was 15 April 2020 over a month ago.

I feel quite deceived and cheated and if this is an ongoing error...iittle bee gains 90g of honey with every alleged 500g bottle of honey. Imagine?... They thus virtually have 100% clean profit on x1 bottle for every x5 bottles short of 90g per bottle

Then "sweet deception" could not be more apt!
