Complaint- Little Angels private school

I decided to take my kids to little Angels because they close at 5. But it seems to be a problem because everytime my kids get ill treated because i fetch them at 5 or 5 to 10 minutes earlier. Recently my son came back from school crying because his class teacher shouted at him because i fetch him at 5. The pre school teachers are unprofessional and clue less on how to be teachers. The service i get for wat I pay for is absolutely trash and it makes me so cross.
