Little Angels Day Care ****med Me

The school ****med me. I mistakenly made a payment of R1 900.00to this school's account. I reached out to them for a refund and they told me they wont give me a refund because the money is equivalent to their enrollment fees. I didn't even enroll a child there, neither, did l submit an application there. I constantly went there for assistance and they made me look like a fool. The admin ladies (Naledi and Ntokozo) would tell me the principal is not around while she is seating at the gate watching me complain (bare in mind that l didnt even know the "never available" principal). At some point someone by the name Malebo told me that she had spoken to the management and asked me to go to the bank to do a payment reversal. They said they were giving me permission to do so. I went ahead and requested the bank to reverse the funds only for them to reject it. The bank charged me R395 for that reversal. I mean they could have informed me that they were not going to refund me than to give me an impression that they understood my issue. Till today, l have never received the refund. I am wondering what kind of business they run. Worst part is that, even the staff were making comments that they wonder why their management is behaving in this manner. Parents should be careful!!!
