Bad service

<p>i took a loan with litsatsi and there was a time where payment was not debited and later agreed to additional payment to cover the lost month, it was debited later i was not aware in december that payment did not went through. On realising that they did not debited to ask them to debit, they told me that my account has been sent to attorneys. I then phoned attorney they told me that they haven't received my file. On the 15 December the debited my account with the previous arrangement, when calling them litsatsi said they don't know by account is with lawyers. Now i was charged with rediculous interest charges which they can't explain, lawyers promised to call me back to explain the interest charges, up until today i haven't had from them. All I want is to pay off the account and get out of the this situation. Please help. ID no ********** 426082</p>
