Lunghile Nursing College

1st Year Bridging Course Student, I got enrolled on the 17th Jan 2019, end of January a post circulated on social media that there would be no intake for the year 2019 for the course,I enquired with the institute about the post and they claimed they they did not recieve the notification in November 2018 that there wouldn't be a student intake in 2019,they also claimed that they would escalate the issue to the Nursing Council that the students enrolled in 2019 should continue with lectures,now that the institute is aware of the notification they are still enrolling more students to the point where the lecture room is overcrowded while still in the process of appealing to the hierarchy in the council. There are other institutions which had the cut off in enrollments in January and students were refunded,my worry is that since Lunghile is still enrolling students,how likely is it that out of all the institutes Lunghile will be allowed to continue lectures while other institutions aren't and will we receive our refunds while we wait for the report from the Nursing Council,with this issue at hand it's not easy focusing on my studies as I wonder if we will ever receive our refunds or if they will not win the case,what happens since we are still attending lectures?
