Poor service and poor quality product

We purchased GamePro Ninox - XL 20+ spotlights in total. 6 of them didn't work from the beginning. I contacted the South African supplier Liteoptec and sent James Loughton messages and videos regarding the broken spotlights and they have gone quiet.
