Impressed by Lite Line Electrical and the City

Last week my husband and I experienced some issues with our electrical box and contacted the City of Cape Town to assist. They sent an electrician (sub-contracted) from Lite Line Electrical but it was an inconvenient time and they agreed to come back. Their guys came ontime the next day and immediately picked up on the problem. I only managed to get the one's name - Emanuel. He was so kind as to explain to us what the problem was and what they would do do fix it. He answered all our questions and made sure that the problem was resolved. The guys left as politely as they arrived. <br> The following day my husband received a call from Lite Line's call centre to ask if we are happy and if the issues were resolved. We are extremely impressed with the service and loyalty to customers. Its's hard to find great customer service these days so this was a pleasant surprise for us. Well done Lite Line and well done to the City of Cape Town for contracting a great company!!! 10 gold stars to you all!!!
