Litchi festival non refund

The famous litchi festival occurs every December or until the litchi runs out . I had booked to go to this exciting event. I had made payment upfront . Unfortunately my family had contact covid. Our last day of quarantine was on the 27th December, by then the litchi had run out. I had informed the lady Heidi, about the situation and had asked for a refund, to which she agreed and if the quarantine was over before the festival we could go to the farm if not the refund would be given after the season is over. Almost 2 weeks after I have still not yet received my refund. Emails, what's app are not being answered to. The mobile number goes to a recorded message. I am disappointed as I was told I will get the refund. Shocking that an event company can behave in this manner.
