Bad Customer Service (List Cleaning Chemicals Secunda).

The service I received at List Cleaning Chemicals (Secunda) was not the best. They do not try to understand the customer's needs, they do not assist the client in finding quick solutions. I was treated just like a number. I was communicating with a lady names Zama Radebe, she is not friendly and she does not go the extra mile to assist customers. She makes you feel like a burden, takes long to respond to email and when you call her, she tells you that she is busy. Clearly I was not a priority to her. I hope they will improve their service and meet customer expectations in future. All the best List Cleaning Chemicals (Secunda)!!!
