Deeply Disappointed

I regret to share a deeply disappointing experience with this business. Despite assuring stock availability, my ordered garments were consistently delayed by six weeks. What exacerbated the situation was the absence of a tracking number and a lack of communication on the owner's part.

The frustration intensified when, after waiting for a month, only a portion of my order arrived. To make matters worse, the owner displayed a pattern of offering excuses without a hint of apology for the inconvenience caused. The remaining items are still pending, with the promise of a refund, but it has been two weeks of unfulfilled assurances and continual excuses.

This level of service, marked by delayed deliveries, lack of transparency, and a failure to take responsibility, has left me disheartened. I feel compelled to caution potential customers against supporting this business, as my experience suggests a disregard for both time and hard-earned money.
